We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Advisor to oversee and enhance our quality management systems. This role will be based in Nysa, Poland. The Quality Advisor will play a key role in ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.ResponsibilitiesQuality Management System Implementation:Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with industry standards.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.Project Quality Oversight:Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction activities meet quality specifications and standards.Work closely with project teams to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.Document Control:Oversee the documentation process, ensuring that all quality-related documents are properly managed and maintained.Prepare and review quality assurance documentation, including quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and method statements.Training and Development:Provide training and support to staff on quality management practices and the use of QMS tools.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.Auditing and Reporting:Conduct internal quality audits to monitor compliance with established procedures and standards.Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to senior management.Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution of issues.Client and Stakeholder Interaction:Act as the main point of contact for quality-related matters with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.Address any client concerns regarding quality and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.Qualifications And ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., CQI, IRCA) are a plus.Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and industry best practices.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
