Quality Assurance Analyst:On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Quality Assurance Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.Quality Assurance Analyst - Job Description:As a Senior QA Analyst, you will be involved in supporting the QA team for a 200+ page rebrand project for Bank. This role is part of the bank's rebranding initiative, which includes working in new pods to support various projects.Quality Assurance Analyst - Responsibilities:• Perform manual content testing to ensure accuracy and consistency across all pre-sign-on pages.• Validate that mockups match live pages precisely and align with design specifications.• Review and test against the copy deck, confirming that all text and content changes are implemented correctly.• Identify and report discrepancies between mockups, copy decks, and published content.• Collaborate closely with the team to communicate requirements, clarify issues, and ensure timely resolution.• Maintain detailed documentation of changes and testing results for transparency and quality assurance.• Participate in team discussions, share feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of content QA processes.Quality Assurance Analyst - Mandatory Skills:• 2-3 years of QA Experience - Manual Testing• 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams across the bank• Experience with Jira/Confluence• Accessibility - NVDAQuality Assurance Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:• AEM• Headless CMS ExperienceQuality Assurance Analyst – Assignment Length:This is a 12-month contract position.Quality Assurance Analyst - Start Date:ASAP.Quality Assurance Analyst - Assignment Location:Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
