This is more than a job—it’s your chance to combine analytical skills with impactful decision-making in a fast-paced, collaborative, and rapidly growing environment.Your Impact Will Include:Handling customer complaints from intake to closure, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Interpreting and applying regulatory requirements for vigilance and reporting across global markets.Performing complaint file reviews, coding for trending and reporting, and supporting complaint trending activities.Collaborating with global teams for complaint handling, field actions, and regulatory reporting.Writing, editing, and developing vigilance documents and templates aligned with corporate procedures.Coordinating field actions and reporting with competent authorities and regional teams.Completing health hazard assessments for regulatory reporting of product issues.Providing monthly updates on complaint investigations, vigilance reporting, and field action closures.Staying ahead of evolving regulations, laws, and industry standards.Assisting with the creation of Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs).Supporting customer feedback initiatives and contributing to Quality Management Review meetings.Delivering training on Post Market Surveillance and Complaint Reporting to relevant teams.Who We’re Looking For:Expertise: Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering/scientific discipline (biomechanical, biomedical, mechanical, electrical engineering).Knowledge: Relevant work experience in medical device, IVD, or pharmaceutical industries.Skill: Excellent communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.Autonomy: Independent decision-maker and prioritizer, able to resolve conflicts confidently.Adaptability: Flexible and quick to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.Organisation: Highly organised, adept at managing multiple deadlines.Proactive: Forward-thinking, able to anticipate challenges and take initiative.Resilience: Positive attitude and strong work ethic, even in demanding situations.Continuous Learning: Committed to ongoing professional development and embracing new skills and industry advancements.Why Join Hologic?We’re dedicated to making Hologic the place where top talent comes to grow.
