Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to be dedicated to our Australia-based client. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring websites, themes, and plugins conform to quality standards by executing automated test plans, performing diagnostics, and coordinating with development teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of QA experience with strong skills in test automation tools (Selenium/Appium/Cypress) and WordPress development.What You'll DoConduct automated testing procedures on websites/app.Test internal tools such as Wordpress plugins and themes.Perform diagnostics and provide developers the steps to replicate bugs.Provide documentation and project history by submitting site issues to JiraTimely complete assigned projects and meet required monthly output.Coordinate with and provide updates to team leader and project managers about deliverables.Experience in Selenium/Appium/Cypress/New Relic/Synthetics is a mustCore CompetenciesKeen attention to detailUser-centerednessMust be coachable and willing to adapt to changesAbility to work under minimal supervisionAbility to clearly express ideas and solutions to team mates and stakeholdersMinimum QualificationsSkills & Experience2+ years of experience as Software QA Analyst or Tester.Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WordPressAbility to effectively write and understand technical documentationAbility to code unit tests and experience with continuous integrationAbility to translate business, functional, and technical requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.Ability to prioritize and multi-task independently with minimal managerial oversight, deliver quality deliverables against strict deadlines
