The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related quality matters, ensuring that expectations are clearly understood, consistently met, and effectively communicated across internal teams.KEY DUTIESAct as primary contact for quality topics with customers (OEMs, Tier1s)Manage, coordinate and deploy customers’ requirements along the supply chainSupport RFQ / RFI for all Quality aspectsLead Customer quality ratings / Potential Analysis, assessment and auditsManage customer complaints, 8D reports, corrective actions and Lesson Learnt mastering problem solving methodology (FTA, 5Why, Ishikawa)Manage supplier selection, qualification, and approval processCollaborate with all relevant functions for new products introduction (design for quality, FMEA, robustness validation)EXPERIENCEEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Electronics or Electrical engineering(or similar applicable field)7+ years of experience in automotive electronics / semiconductor industry / in Quality Management Deep knowledge of automotive processes / methodologies / requirements for whole product lifecycleMastering fault isolation and failure analysis techniquesProficient with automotive standards Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English and German.
