Integras is a growing printing and packaging company serving F&B brands, cosmetics, e-commerce sellers, agencies, and corporate clients. We produce various box packagings, paper bags, corrugated boxes, marketing collateral, and custom B2B packaging solutions.We are looking for a Quality Assurance professional who can build systems, create structure, and ensure our production teams consistently deliver high-quality output.This is a system & improvement-focused role, not just inspection.Role OverviewQuality Assurance at Integras is responsible for building and maintaining a complete quality system across all stages of production — from incoming materials, prepress, printing, finishing, packing, to outgoing delivery.You will design the frameworks, documentation, standards, workflows, and quality checkpoints that ensure all teams (Production, PPIC, Prepress, Delivery) meet consistent quality expectations.QC execution will be carried out by operators, team leaders, QC inspectors and production supervisors — your role is to build the system and ensure it is followed.Key Responsibilities1. Quality System & Documentation (Primary Focus)Build and maintain quality SOPs, checklists, inspection sheets, and process guidelines.Develop standardized documentation for all stages (Incoming materials, Prepress approvals, In-process QC, Outgoing final QCCreate visual work instructions and quality criteria for each product category.Ensure documentation is used consistently across all teams and production sites.2. Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving (Primary Focus)Lead investigations when defects, complaints, or production issues arise.Conduct structured root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).Build corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.Work with Production, PPIC, and Prepress to eliminate recurrence of issues.Track and follow up on defect trends to drive long-term quality improvement.3. Incoming & Outgoing Quality ManagementSet standards and systems for checking incoming materials (paper, ink, glue, plates, lamination film, etc.).Build verification processes for first-off samples and job approvals.Ensure outgoing product checks are consistent and meet PO/spec.Oversee quantity accuracy, packaging accuracy, and labeling standards.4. In-Process Monitoring (System-Level Oversight)Create the in-process QC workflow and inspection requirements for all processes:Define tolerance levels, quality criteria, and escalation flows.Ensure production supervisors and operators follow the quality steps.5. Training & Team DevelopmentTrain supervisors, operators, and QC teams on proper quality standards.Build competency checklists and skill matrices.Ensure all departments understand how their actions affect quality outcomes.6.
