Metropolitan College, the largest College of University Studies in Greece and member of Alphabet Education, in the context of its continuous development, is seeking to enhance its Quality Assurance & Academic Standards Team, with a:Quality Assurance & Academic Standards ExecutiveRole Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Officer to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and academic standards across our institution. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring compliance with internal and external regulations, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and promoting a culture of academic excellence and integrity.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Dean of Quality Assurance and the Quality Assurance teamCoordinate and support quality assurance and enhancement activities across academic departments.Assist in the preparation and review of academic policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with institutional and regulatory standards.Monitor and report on academic performance indicators, student feedback, and evaluation data.Conduct data analysis to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.Support internal and external audits, accreditation reviews, and evaluation exercises.Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to promote best practices in teaching, learning, and assessment.Maintain accurate records and ensure the effective use of quality assurance management systems.Prepare regular reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management and governing bodies.Essential Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.Proven experience in quality assurance, academic administration, or educational compliance.Excellent knowledge of higher education quality frameworks and standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SPSS, Power BI, or Excel analytics).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.Desirable Skills:Experience in the development or review of academic programs and curricula.Familiarity with quality assurance systems in higher education (e.g., ESG, QAA, or national accreditation frameworks).Experience with digital platforms for data collection and reporting.Interest in continuous professional development in quality and academic standards.What we offer:Competitive compensation package according to candidate's profile.Medical Plan.A professional career in a highly cooperative business environment with exceptional working facilities.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a leading higher educational group.
