Quality Assurance Analyst

As we strive for excellence in our platform, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities:- Design a comprehensive testing strategy to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.- Design a detailed end-to-end testing plan for the application.- Develop test cases that encompass the different functionalities of the platform covering the different user journeys, ensuring comprehensive coverage.- Utilize a variety of testing techniques, including white box and black box testing, to ensure a thorough evaluation of software functionality.- Conduct performance testing to evaluate system responsiveness, stability, and scalability.- Identify and address performance bottlenecks to optimize platform performance.- Create and Generate detailed test reports summarizing test execution results and highlighting any issues or defects.- Communicate effectively with the development team to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing scenarios to validate that the platform meets user requirements and expectations.- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline repetitive testing processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies for new features and improvements. Requirements:- Highly motivated individual- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.- Proficiency in API testing tools and techniques.- Familiarity with software performance testing and optimization.- Familiarity of software test automation frameworks and tools.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications:- Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.- Experience in testing platforms with a data analytics focus.- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. If you're someone who's highly motivated and passionate about ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance, we enthusiastically invite you to seize this compelling opportunity by applying today.
