Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Officer to ensure that all products and processes meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring, inspecting, documenting, and maintaining product quality across all stages of production.Key Responsibilities:Conduct sampling of raw materials, in-process, final products, and retention samples.Inspect raw material inventory monthly and prepare reports for expired or near-expiry stock.Perform continuous monitoring of the production process and document each visit.Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), both manually and in the system.Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.Issue and maintain Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for each batch.Maintain comprehensive documentation and record-keeping as per QA standards.Assist in internal and external audits (including regulatory and customer audits).🔹 Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing QA role.Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and documentation practices.Proficiency in MS Office and QA documentation software will be an advantage.
