Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesDevelop QA strategies and standards based on projects across teamsReview requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedbackCreate detailed, and well-structured test plans and test casesEstimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to ensure tasks are completed as scheduledDesign, develop and execute manual test scenarios under regression test plansPerform functional, integration, regression, and system testingPresent test results and communicate test progress to QA ManagerParticipate in meetings with developers and project managers to discuss release scope and roadblocksIdentify opportunities and implement appropriate best practicesInstall and deploy builds in test environmentsMeet sprint goals, ensuring quality releases are deliveredExecute functional and regression tests manually and through automationContribute and support in the development of automated test scripts and execute for releasesLeverage AI to support test case generation, automation script creation, and test optimizationSkills And ExperienceAt least 5 years experience in software quality assuranceAt least 2 years experience in test automationProficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or Test CompleteStrong programming skills in Java, Python, or C# for test automationProven ability to thrive in dynamic and rapidly changing environments or release cyclesExperience testing both desktop and web-based applicationsSolid understanding of web service and API testing, including the interactions with SOAP and/or REST service endpoints through Swagger or PostmanAbility to identify, record, document, and track bugs using Azure DevOps or JiraWorking knowledge of relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and MySQLExperience in an agile development environmentExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is an assetExposure to generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) in QA or development workflows is an asset.MyRewards@MNPWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
