We’re growing fast with backing from top-tier investors and a mission that’s redefining the future of education and ethical learning. About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Assurance Analyst to help ensure every release of StudyFetch delivers a seamless, high-quality experience. You’ll execute manual testing across our web and mobile platforms, validate bug fixes, and work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Support teams to catch issues before they reach our users. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in upholding product excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end manual testing across StudyFetch’s web and mobile applicationsCreate, document, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plansIdentify, log, and track defects using LinearCollaborate with engineers, engineering manager, and product manager to reproduce, diagnose, and prioritize issuesConduct regression, smoke, and exploratory testing as part of release cyclesSupport UAT (user acceptance testing) and accessibility reviews where applicableValidate bug fixes and confirm stability across environments before releaseProvide clear QA feedback and insights to improve release quality and team efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For2-4 years of experience in QA, ideally within a SaaS or consumer-facing tech companySolid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and test design principlesExperience testing across both web and mobile platformsStrong communication skills and exceptional attention to detailFamiliarity with Agile/Scum processes and defect-tracking workflows Bonus: Exposure to automated testing tools (Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright) or API testingWhat We Offer$70,000 - $85,000 Base Salary 100% employer paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance75% dependent coverageA high-growth, mission-driven team focused on transforming how students learnCompensation Range:$70,000 - $85,000 Base Salary
