SummaryQuality Strategy & Policy: Define and implement the organization's quality strategy.Align quality objectives with business goals Lead ISO or other certification initiativesQuality Management System (QMS): Develop, document, and monitor QMS processes Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001 or sector-specific requirements Conduct internal and external auditsProcess Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Use Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen methodologies to drive improvementCustomer Satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback and complaints. Lead root cause analysis and implement improvements Maintain high levels of product/service reliabilitySupplier Quality - Evaluate and audit suppliers. Ensure incoming materials or services meet quality standardsTraining & Awareness: Train staff on quality standards, tools, and processes Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality ownershipPerformance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Report quality metrics to senior managementRequirements3+ years of experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence.Proven track record in establishing or upgrading QMS and leading ISO or equivalent certification.Demonstrated success in managing multi-department quality initiatives and driving measurable improvement.Experience in supplier quality management and customer satisfaction improvement programs.BenefitsPrior leadership or cross-functional management experience essential.Base pay of 500$ + commission.Remote opportunity .
