The Sydney-based Quality team supports operations across APAC and is known for its collaborative environment. About the opportunityThis is a part-time Quality Assurance Specialist position. The role supports the local QA function with a focus on customer complaints handling and quality assurance activities. You’ll work closely with the QA Head, collaborating across a lean but experienced team. The position ensures ongoing compliance, timely complaint resolution, and seamless work flow across local and global quality systems. DutiesCoordinate the customer complaints process, counterfeits, and product tampering investigationsManage complaint samples and shipments for analysisSupport local temperature excursion assessmentsAssist with general QA activities and compliance reportingLiaise with local and global quality teams to meet investigation timelines Skills and ExperienceDegree in Life Sciences or related fieldQA or complaints handling experienceStrong communication and collaboration skillsSound understanding of GMP/GDP or quality systems CultureCollaborative, flexible, and inclusive.
