Mô tả công việcCollaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure quality across all stages of development.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web, mobile, and backend systems.Continuously refactor and optimize the automation framework for scalability and efficiency.Execute automated and exploratory tests, analyze results, and ensure product stability.Stay updated with modern test tools and strategies, bringing innovation into our QA practices.Communicate clearly with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to drive quality improvements.Yêu cầu công việcBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.At least 4 years in software Testing, including both manual and automation approaches.Proven hands-on experience with frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Appium.Familiar with API and performance testing tools (Postman, JMeter, K6).Skilled in writing new automation scripts and database queries (MySQL, MongoDB).Experience with Agile/Scrum and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, AIO Test).Knowledge of chatbot or AI conversation flows is a plus.
