🧪 Job Title: Senior QA Specialist – Materials Management Contract Duration - 12 Months Location - Dublin, IEAbout the Role We’re looking for a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to support material qualification and release for a leading biologics manufacturing site. This role ensures that all raw materials and consumables used in production meet the highest quality standards before they are released for use. You’ll work closely with QA, manufacturing, and supplier teams to maintain compliance with cGMP and drive continuous improvement across the materials management process.What You’ll DoPrepare, review, and approve material qualification documents.Perform QA release of raw materials and consumables.Review and approve quality system records such as deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and supplier investigations.Manage and assess supplier change notifications and compliance certificates (e.g., TSE).Contribute to operational excellence initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and standard work.Collaborate across multiple teams to maintain a compliant, efficient QA environment.What You’ll BringA degree in Science or a related field with 3+ years’ QA experience in biologics or pharmaceuticals.Strong knowledge of GMP standards and quality systems.Experience with material qualification and familiarity with SAP (an advantage).Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
