We offer the potential for significant corporate growth and career development.Our ambition is to strengthen the existing highly experienced team to provide the best in industry support to our growing client base.Role PurposeThe primary purpose is to deliver value-add services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking a Consultant to join the QA team.The Internal Controls Consultant Has The Following ResponsibilitiesProvides support to the Head of Internal Control to ensure that staff in Chain IQ locations make optimal use of reporting, analysis, and internal control systems;Ensures the provision of services on request and support for recurring projects;Acts as a point of escalation and solution of internal and external customer requests, depending on need;Helps to create and fulfill the internal control plan within SSC Bucharest but also to maintain an efficient internal control framework for all departments in the Chain IQ group but also for all its clients;Respects the policies and procedures related to the internal control activity within Chain IQEnsures that performance objectives are met: KPI - performance indicators, SLA and other objectives that may occur;It is oriented towards continuous improvement / automation / optimization and analysis of existing processes, providing guidance for those with whom it collaborates / counterparts;Join a truly global team.We offer a dynamic and international environment where high performance meets real purpose.
