As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will play a key role in defining and optimizing quality processes so that all products meet customer expectations and international standards.Tasks:As part of a growing QA team, you will be involved in setting up and improving quality assurance processes across projects and the broader organization. Your main tasks include:Developing and implementing QA plans that ensure compliance with customer and project requirementsDefining inspection steps and creating inspection plansEnsuring quality across the supply chain and working closely with suppliersReviewing and writing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)Leading root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actionsOptimizing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS)Acting as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding quality mattersSupporting internal and external audits in compliance with standards such as AS9100Over het bedrijfYou will work in a close team in the production department. You have a lot of contact with the team leader and foreman of the production department.You also work a lot together with other colleagues, for example from the Quality and Engineering departments.Wat wij vragenWe are looking for a strategic yet detail-oriented quality professional.
