Join us as a DOT Ranger and grow your career with our AHEAD (Agile, Harmony, Excellent, Altruistic, and Driven) values!Role Description:As a Quality Assurance, your responsibility in general will be conducting & maintaining test cases, generating automation web-based/mobile-based application testing, composing test reports, and tracking bugs.Job Responsibilities:Create test cases that cover all application features based on user requirements and system specifications.Ensure test cases are updated regularly to align with feature updates or changes.Prepare detailed test reports as a documentation, provide in-depth analysis of detected issues, including their impact on the application and recommended solutions.Identify, log, and prioritize issues (bugs) discovered during testing and escalate it to the developers.Use bug management tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello to track and document bug statuses.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, functionality, and alignment on project goals and progress.Job Requirements:At least 3 year of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing, including exposure to manual and/or automated testing environments.Familiarity with standard QA methods, tools, and processes for ensuring software quality.Hands-on experience in either automation/manual testing.Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues, assess their impact, and recommend effective solutions.Excellent in written and oral communication to document test results clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.Attention to detail in evaluating software functionality and usability.Experience with agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams is a plus.Benefit:Remote work opportunitiesCompetitive salary + daily allowanceFriendly and dynamic work environmentBPJS KesehatanBPJS Ketenagakerjaan + Jaminan PensiunBonus project*only short-listed candidates will be contacted
