Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Irvinei, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and performance of our products through thorough manual testing, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for improving user experiences.Key Responsibilities• Craft comprehensive test cases to thoroughly evaluate new features and system functionalities.• Develop detailed test plans to guide and structure the testing process.• Execute smoke, sanity, regression, and performance tests to identify, document, and verify bug fixes.• Analyze application behavior and provide actionable insights for performance optimization.• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman.• Participate in AI feature testing, including experimental functionalities like real-time or live-streaming features.• Conduct and deliver clear, concise demos to Project Managers, clients, and external stakeholders.• Perform manual testing of all product components, including database and mobile app testing.• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and designers to ensure product quality and timely releases.Required Skills• Proven experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications, including database testing.• Strong understanding of QA methodologies such as smoke, sanity, regression, and performance testing.• Ability to design and execute detailed test cases and test plans.• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman preferred).• Exposure to or interest in AI feature testing and innovative testing scenarios.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to detail.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple testing assignments efficiently.• Passion for product quality, continuous improvement, and user satisfaction.
