Committed to sustainability (Ecovadis Gold), diversity (gender index: 92%), and quality of work life (Best Workplace Experience), Quanteam is a forward-thinking enterprise.🚀 Our ExpertiseWith a dual expertise in both business and IT, Quanteam supports its corporate clients (investment banks, asset management companies, private and retail banks, custodians, etc.) across the entire Front-to-Back spectrum in evolving their business activities and transformation projects.Our teams are organized into 5 expertise areas:➡ Quantitative Finance➡ Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory➡ Operations and Finance➡ Transformation and Organization➡ Information SystemsIn 2023, Quanteam generated a revenue of €74.6 million.🔎 We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer.Main Tasks:Develop a comprehensive Test Plan outlining the testing scope, objectives, approach, timelines, and required resources.Design and prepare detailed Test Cases and Test Data to validate all functional and non-functional aspects.Execute functional and end-to-end test cases across different modules and environments.Perform Regression Testing to ensure that new releases do not impact existing functionalities.Validate and document test results, ensuring accuracy and consistency with expected outcomes.Identify, log, and track defects using the agreed defect management tool, collaborating with development teams for resolution.Provide daily test execution status reports and communicate progress, blockers, and key findings to all stakeholders.Conduct retesting of fixed defects and verify resolution before closure.Ensure high-quality user experience through functional and UI testing.Deliver final QA Signoff — formal approval or rejection of the build for release based on test outcomes and quality metrics.Main Skills & Requirements:Solid knowledge of manual testing, functional and regression testing.Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, TestRail).Basic SQL for data validation.Familiar with API testing (Postman) and web application testing.Understanding of analytics and privacy validation.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Fluency in English is mandatory.📍 Hybrid Role in Porto.🚀If you feel this opportunity is for you, send your CV and join our team
