RequirementsMust-haves8+ years of Quality Assurance experienceExperience with JavaScriptProficiency with CypressExperience writing unit tests using Jest for Next.js applicationsAbility to develop and maintain automated API and UI testsExperience with Node.js frameworks (backend uses Strapi, a Node.js framework)Experience testing React and Next.js web applicationsExperience with Postgres or similar SQL databases, including writing SQL scripts for testing and data validationExperience with CI/CD integration to validate automated scripts during pull requests or deploymentsProven experience testing web, mobile, API, and payment gateway applicationsStrong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and automation frameworksFamiliarity with bug tracking and agile project management toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailStrong communication skills in both spoken and written EnglishNice-to-havesStartup experienceExperience with GitHub Actions, or Postman for API validationFamiliarity with monitoring and reporting tools for test performance and system reliabilityUnderstanding of accessibility and privacy compliance best practicesKnowledge of performance testing tools and methodologiesExperience contributing to QA process improvements and automation strategyBachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentWhat you will work onLead QA processes across all digital products (web, mobile, integrations, payment systems, and LMS platforms)Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test plans, cases, and regression testsPerform manual and automated testing to ensure performance, usability, accessibility, and securityValidate checkout and payment workflowsIdentify, log, and track bugs using project management toolsCollaborate with developers to reproduce issues and confirm fixes before releasesMonitor site performance, load times, and data consistency throughout deploymentsPartner with product and development teams in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesValidate LMS course setup, enrollment processes, video playback, and content accuracyAnalyze QA metrics and prepare regular quality reports for managementDefine QA standards and ensure alignment with company and industry guidelines for accessibility and privacy
