We’re looking for one skilled Quality Assurance Analyst with Lead experience to join dynamic project teams, evaluate quality using a variety of tools and methods, and contribute directly to important public service initiatives.What’s in it for you?      Full-time engagement: 1 year (Dec 1, 2025 – Nov 30, 2026)      Optional 1-year extension      Remote-friendly – work from anywhere!      Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams under the guidance of experienced QA leadsYou bring:      Proven QA expertise and hands-on experience in leadership or lead roles      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills      Ability to evaluate, guide, and improve project qualityThe candidate should be able to demonstrate, at minimum, the identified experience in the requirements mentioned below.Relevant Experience Requirements:A University degree in Computer Science, Health Sciences, Business Administration or similar disciplines is preferred, however, an equivalent of education and experience may be considered.A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated testing experience that includes the following types of testing: functional, performance, connectivity, regression, integration, and automation          10 YearsA minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in quality assurance and system testing best practices and methodologies       10 YearsA minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience in a QA Team Lead role.       6 Yearsexperience in security relating to data confidentiality and client privacy as it pertains to databases and application design and development. 8 Years (+)Proficiency in ‘open source’ performance testing tools for web applications and web services like JMeter.   8 Years (+)Advanced experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) in a QA environment.       8 Years (+)Knowledge of Quality Assurance frameworks and experience with project methodologies such as Waterfall, Water scrum, Agile.        8 Years (+)Experience with supporting the User Acceptance testing process including working with the Business Owners and execution of Test Cases/Scripts, Defect Reporting and Resolution tracking etc.    8 Years (+)Experience in HP Quality Center and HP WebInspect or similar product.          8 Years (+)Experience with Automation Testing tools – Eg. SOAPUI. 6 Years (+)Experience working closely with multiple vendors on a single project.
