Quality Assurance Lead*Dublin or London Based (Hybrid working)*What do we need?For 10 years, we’ve been working with brilliant suppliers to bring exceptional food to life—and keeping that quality consistent takes real food safety expertise.As our Quality Assurance Lead, you’ll be the key link between our business and our global supply base. Reporting to our Head of Food Safety & Regulations, you’ll champion high standards, manage accreditations like BRC, Vegan, and Non-GMO, and keep our Quality Management System running like clockwork. From auditing and HACCP leadership to reviewing product specs and driving supplier improvement plans, you’ll make sure everything we make is safe, compliant, and delicious.It’s a hands-on, role with regular travel that needs someone who’s confident with systems, great with people, and obsessive about the details. There will also be frequent travel (domestic and international)Here’s a flavour of what you’ll be doing:QMS & Food Safety: Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring supplier compliance and up-to-date certifications.Supplier Management: Building strong relationships with suppliers, leading regular check-ins, and driving continuous improvement.HACCP: Leading the internal HACCP team and maintaining HACCP plans as new products and suppliers are introduced.Specifications & QAS: Completing and reviewing all product specifications and quality standards with cross-functional teams.Customer Complaints: Supporting complaint investigations and ensuring supplier accountability in resolving issues.Subscriptions & Memberships: Overseeing key food safety memberships and leading internal Food Safety Culture sessions.How WILL You STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD?That’s easy. It’s because you have: 5+ years’ experience in a QA Lead / Supervisor role, with experience in a factory environment an advantage. HAACP Qualification.Strong MS Office and Excel skills.Qualification in Food Safety & Quality / Nutrition or equivalent.
