The company has a strong presence in the European and UK markets and is recognized for its commitment to sustainable production, premium quality, and innovation in textile manufacturing.As part of our consultancy services, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Quality Assurance Manager to join their leadership team.Position OverviewThe Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes meet international brand quality standards, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all quality assurance processes, including incoming, in-line, and final inspectionsCoordinate with brand technical teams regarding product quality, testing, and production standardsSupervise and develop the quality assurance team, ensuring strong technical performanceDefine and monitor quality standards for fabrics, trims, and finished garmentsOversee sample fitting, measurement, and technical validation processesAnalyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actionsManage continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and reduce defect ratesPrepare and coordinate internal and external audits (brand or certification-based)Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related disciplineMinimum 8 years of experience in knitwear garment manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a managerial rolePrevious experience working with European or UK fashion brandsStrong knowledge of AQL standards, quality systems, and customer technical requirementsAdvanced level of English (written and spoken)Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel as needed
