We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for our leading multinational client with the following requirements:Requirements:Bachelor's degree in EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in the cable, or wire harness industriesStrong knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management SystemsPractical experience with Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8DAdvanced English proficiencyWillingness and ability to travel domestically and internationallyResiding in or willing to relocate to KütahyaJob Description:Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality policiesDefine and monitor quality standards for products and servicesLead quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfactionPlan, conduct, and report on internal and external auditsAnalyze production quality performance and drive continuous improvementEnsure compliance with legal regulations and customer requirementsDevelop and execute quality strategies aligned with company objectives
