As QA Manager, you will take ownership of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and production support in a growing and dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on implementation - ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on building structure and driving continuous improvement.Responsibilities: Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with GMP and ISO standards.Manage CAPA, deviations, and supplier qualification processes.Support audits, inspections, and ongoing compliance activities.Build internal regulatory expertise for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and medical devices.Coordinate with external regulatory partners and ensure adherence to EU/national requirements.Oversee quality aspects of product and device transfers, including equipment and process qualification.Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.Foster a proactive quality culture and continuous improvement mindset across the business.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or related fields within the pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.Solid understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and EU regulatory requirements.Proven experience managing CAPA, deviations, and supplier qualification processes.Hands-on knowledge of equipment and process qualification.Strategic mindset.Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent German (spoken and written); English advantageous for customer interactions.Package: Transparent career progression opportunities.Supportive and collaborative company culture.Competitive salary and benefits package.
