Quality Assurance Manager (Oil and Gas)

Sigma Engineering Works LLC, part of Mazrui Energy Services is seeking a dynamic and innovative QAQC Manager to be a key member of Mazrui International's QHSE Team.Location - Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu DhabiIdeal candidate will have relevant years of experience in the Quality Department for oil and gas manufacturing sector.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop effective quality control processes to ensure customer needs and requirementsOversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.Ensure the inspection reports accuracy and timely submission. Guide to develop new WPS/PQR and maintain good practise in welding inspection Submit detailed SQ monthly reports to appropriate executives.Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient proceduresLead Internal audits and guide organisation auditors to perform effective audit to measure the management system effectivenessReview and approve supplier registration documents and ensure their compliance Conduct periodic meetings with key customer on quality aspects Managing API Mycerts portal and ensure effective communication with API Lead organisational team during API audits and ensure effective close outsSet plant & departmental objectives in-line with corporate goal & Business strategy, analysis the data in regular interval, review the trend and propose for suitable corrective actions if requiredConduct management review meeting annually and follow-up with the actionable tasksManage quality team and ensure on-time deliverables Ex. MTC review, ITP, Welding documents, Calibration, daily verifications log, NCR & CAR closure, DCI & Final ReportsIdentify the critical competencies & cross train the quality personnel Authorized to issue COC for final product releaseApply statistical approach wherever possibleExperienceMinimum of 10-15 years in Quality work environment Minimum of 5 years in Oil and Gas industryAcademic QualificationsBachelors degree in Mechanical/Electronics and Communication EngineeringOther SkillsExcellent knowledge of International codes and standards - ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, API Q2, ASME Sec IX, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec II, ASME Sec VIII, API 6A, API16A, API 16C, API 5CT & API 7-1.
