Responsibilities1. Plan and oversee the operations of the Quality Assurance (QA) department, laboratory, and quality control to ensure alignment with organizational policies and goals.2. Monitor and evaluate performance in the raw materials quality assurance, product quality assurance, quality system operations, and laboratory work. Ensure that the tasks are carried out as planned and provide necessary resources to support the work.3. Report on operating results and propose guidelines for correcting and improving work in quality assurance. Report to executives for acknowledgment.4. In the case of having to evaluate the supplier together with the purchasing department Will be a participant in determining the plan for inspecting the supplier.5. Assess performance results, identify improvement opportunities, and propose corrective actions when obstacles affect the department’s ability to meet its goals.6. Carry out internal and external assessments. Including tracking and editing defects in accordance with the company systems and requirements.7. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications1. Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in Food Science and Technology or related fields.2. Have at least 15 years of knowledge and experience in quality assurance, quality control, and laboratory work in the food industry.3. Have leadership qualities Have skills in teaching subordinates4. Be responsible, attentive, and detail-oriented.5. Have knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, BRC, and Halal.6. Good command in English both written and spoken.7. Computer literate, Communication Skill, Coordinate Skill.
