The ideal candidate must have significant experience in the sweater industry, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to implement effective quality control measures. The selected individual will report directly to the Board of Directors.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all quality control operations in the sweater production line.Ensure adherence to company standards and buyer’s quality requirements.Identify production defects and take corrective actions.Lead the QC team to maintain consistent quality.Prepare detailed QC reports and present directly to the Board.Collaborate with production, knitting, linking, finishing, and merchandising teams.Experience RequirementsAt least 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):GarmentsAdditional RequirementsBoth males and females are allowed to applyMinimum 10 years of experience in the sweater industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of yarn, knitting, linking, finishing, and final QC.Practical experience in quality improvement and error reduction.Proficient in reporting and communication.Job LocationCumilla
