About the Company Our client is a leading global manufacturer and a key innovation hub within its multinational network.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems and programs.Oversee quality assurance operations across multiple sub-functions.Maintain and enhance quality management systems in alignment with international standards.Review and approve CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for internal and external quality issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality and compliance.Initiate and manage training programs to enhance quality awareness and capabilities.Monitor departmental performance metrics and drive corrective actions when necessary.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Science, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, including leadership roles.Strong command of English, both written and verbal.Certifications such as IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 are highly desirable.Proficient with core quality tools (e.g., QC Seven Tools, GR&R).Strong skills in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.Experience in manufacturing, particularly in industrial or electronics sectors, is an advantage.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, accountable leadership style.Contact InformationIf you are interested in this position, please contact:Puttiphat YangwanEmail: Puttiphat.y@adecco.comTel: 02-121-3509
