The QA Manager will be responsible for managing the overall quality assurance process, including developing and implementing QA strategies, plans, and processes. The role involves leading and mentoring QA team members, coordinating with development teams, executing test plans, and ensuring that all product releases meet quality standards. Additionally, the QA Manager will actively identify and resolve quality issues and work to continuously improve QA processes.QualificationsExperience in Quality Assurance and Testing methodologiesProficiency in developing and implementing QA strategies and processesStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to coordinate effectively with development teamsProblem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalRelevant certifications in Quality Assurance or related fieldsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
