Quality Assurance Manager

Job Opening: Quality Manager (IEC 17025) – WindThinkWindThink is a multidisciplinary renewable energy engineering consultancy specializing in wind, solar, electrical, civil/geotechnical engineering, and advanced measurement services. As we progress through our ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our team.This role is ideal for a candidate who is eager to take ownership of our quality management system while also supporting the company’s administrative and financial operations. As a growing boutique company, we value versatility, initiative, and the ability to work independently.---Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Management (Primary Role)* Lead and maintain WindThink’s ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system.* Prepare, update and monitor quality documentation, procedures, and records.* Coordinate internal audits, corrective actions, and accreditation compliance activities.* Support technical teams in ensuring adherence to quality standards.* Act as the main point of contact with accreditation bodies and external auditors.Administrative & Financial Support (Secondary Role)* Manage basic administrative operations and internal coordination.* Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and financial documentation.* Support management in preparing reports, documents, and project files.* Assist with general office and operational tasks when needed.---Qualifications* Experience with **ISO/IEC 17025** or other quality management systems (mandatory).* Strong organizational and documentation skills.* Basic understanding of administrative and financial processes (invoicing, payment follow-ups).* Proactive attitude and ability to work in a small, dynamic team.* Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.* Experience in engineering, renewable energy, or technical fields is an advantage.--- What We Offer* Opportunity to build and shape the company’s quality system from the ground up.* A versatile role in an international, engineering-focused environment.* Flexible work structure and direct collaboration with senior management.* Growth potential as the company expands regionally and internationally.---📨 How to ApplyPlease send your CV and a brief motivation letter to info@windthink.com with the subject line:“Application – Quality Manager (IEC 17025)”
