We provide a specialist School, College, residential care, supported living and on-site health services.Our mission is to help every person we support Live Life to the Full, and our values aspirational, collaborative, joyful, and compassionate are at the heart of everything we do.About The RoleReporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Quality Assurance Manager will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the quality and safety of care delivered across our residential School and College services.You will lead on quality improvement, embed compliance and regulatory standards (CQC/Ofsted), and act as a key driver in safeguarding best practices.
