FHM plays an essential role in developing a skilled workforce to support economic growth and innovation in Saudi Arabia.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh for the role of Quality Assurance Officer. The Quality Assurance Officer will oversee and evaluate the quality of services and processes, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits, implementing quality assurance strategies, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and supporting the development of quality management systems. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure continuous process enhancements.Responsibilities:Follow, develop, and implement quality assurance plans for training programsConduct quality assurance audits and reviewsIdentify and document quality issuesDevelop and implement corrective action plansMonitor and track quality metrics and KPIsReport on quality assurance activitiesStay up-to-date on industry best practices for quality assurance in training and developmentAssist with the development and implementation of training programsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in training and development, Quality Assurance, or a related field5+ years of experience in quality assuranceStrong academic & vocational training backgroundProven experience in developing and implementing quality assurance programs for training and development initiativesExcellent attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
