Job DescriptionAs part of Operation Team to minimize risk, detect and prevent fraud/complain and improving quality of all agentsMonitoring and responsible for the overall Quality Assurance ProcessLiaise with QA Ops Manager regarding operation dailyReview quality assurance policies and proceduresDevelop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actionsUpdate internal policy & SOP based on new regulations from regulatorPrepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activitiesIdentify and organize training needs to meet quality standardsCoordinate collaborations with other departments.Conduct Internal and External calibrationMonitoring and developing team performance and coaching team if neededQualificationsMale/FemaleAge max. 35 years oldBachelor degree any majorMinimum experience 1 year as Supervisor/TeamLeader/Officer quality assurance, internal audit in bank/multifinance/fintechHave honest attitude, good interpersonal skill, conscientious, good leadership, good communication skill, good excel skill
