Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

SGH Asia is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with development and product teams to design, execute, and maintain test plans and processes that meet the highest quality standards.Job Description·        Location: 21/4 Nguyen Thi Huynh, Phu Nhuan Ward, HCMC·        Working hours: 8a.m – 5p.m Mon-Fri·        Department: Software Development DepartmentResponsibilities·        Develop and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing based on product requirements.·        Design, maintain, and run automated tests using tools such as Selenium or Katalon; perform manual testing when required.·        Identify, log, and track defects using Jira, and collaborate with developers to analyze root causes and verify fixes.·        Maintain test frameworks, documentation, and realistic test data to ensure data integrity.·        Conduct API testing with tools like Postman and support performance and exploratory testing.·        Monitor testing progress, prepare reports on product quality, and recommend process improvements.·        Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.Qualifications·        2–3 years of experience in software QA (manual and automated testing).·        Proficient in Selenium, Katalon, Postman, and Jira.·        Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile processes.·        Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.·        Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.·        QA-related certifications are a plus·        Good English is required to work with clients in Singapore.
