Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Position: QA/QC Engineer (Building Construction)Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesAbout the RoleWe are hiring a qualified QA/QC Engineer for one of our clients in the Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards across all construction activities.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and documentation.Review and verify material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings and standards.Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams on quality-related matters.Prepare and maintain inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action records.Monitor and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive measures.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and compliance.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.4–6 years of experience in QA/QC roles within building construction projects.Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, materials testing, and inspection procedures.Proficiency in report writing and documentation control.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.Compensation & BenefitsSalary (depending on experience and qualifications).Additional benefits include visa sponsorship and medical insurance as per company policy.
