At METLEN, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer to join our Construction team for our project in Montana, Bulgaria.Your role will encompass:Perform all daily inspections and tests of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the designs and specifications for all worksCarries out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site is as per approved method statement and inspection test planIdentifies and Issues Non-Conformity ReportsCoordinates with customer representatives and technical supervision for inspections and conducts meetings about quality problems including the closure of Non-Conformity ReportTakes care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-conformity reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documentsVerifies subcontractor compliance to quality proceduresMonitors the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management systemRecommends and implements improvements when requiredProduces acts of intermediate/hidden/completed worksDistributes relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractorsEnsures all technical documents relative to site quality control are updatedWhat you bring to the role:Bachelor in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical or any other related engineering fieldPrevious experience in Site Quality engineering is requiredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficient in English and Bulgarian is preferredStrong desire to learn and grow in the fieldExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracy in record-keepingAbility to multitask and work effectively in a team environmentShare the same Value Based Behaviors:People & Personal growthResults orientation & Safety excellenceCollaboration & TrustEmpathy & Effective communicationFlexibility & AdaptabilityYour Benefits:Competitive remuneration packageMedical Insurance programMulti Sport CardFood vouchers25 days annual paid leaveCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivityFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest newsWe respect your personal data.
