Quality Assurance Specialist -(on site - Sibiu)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Quality Specialist. In this role, which is an on-site located in SIBIU, you’ll take ownership of projects and ensure that all quality standards and customer requirements are met — from development to production.Your ResponsibilitiesTake the lead on independent, self-directed project management, applying modern project management methods and meeting automotive industry standards (APQP).Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements throughout product and process development, working closely with project managers.Analyze and implement quality-related customer-specific requirements.Plan and implement quality and testing concepts to ensure smooth production processes.Prepare and carry out incoming goods and production inspections.Act as FMEA moderator within your area of responsibility.Create documentation such as control plans, process flow diagrams, and test plans.Prepare for, participate in, and manage customer visits, audits, and Run@Rates.Handle customer claims within your responsibility area (suppliers, 0-km, and field issues).Define and track containment actions, corrective actions, and improvement measures, ensuring timely implementation and effectiveness.Collaborate closely with other departments and conduct process and machine capability studies.RequirementsA technical university degree successfully completed.Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of automotive supplier quality requirements and tools such as 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SPC.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, familiar with tools like 5Why and Ishikawa.Good English skills, both spoken and written; German is a plus.Confident with MS Office and SAP; experience with customer portals is an advantage.A structured and systematic way of working, with great organizational skills, determination, and assertiveness.
