Job Description

EducationMaster’s degree in Higher Education Management, Education, Quality Assurance, Business, Data Analytics, or related fieldProficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).ExperienceMinimum 3–4 years of experience in assessment or quality assurance.Experience in a university or higher education setting is preferred.Proven experience working with QS international ranking systems for not less than two yearsFamiliarity with accreditation standards and institutional effectiveness processesQuality Assurance SupportAssist in implementing quality assurance policies and proceduresSupport the development and maintenance of quality documentation and record.Participate in internal reviews and audits to monitor compliance.Coordinate the collection of evidence required for accreditation and reportingAssessment SupportAssist in coordinating assessment activities under supervisionHelp collect, compile, and analyse assessment data from academic programsContribute to preparing assessment summaries and reports for departments.Ensure timelines for assessment submissions are met.Data Collection & AnalysisCollect, organize, and maintain quality assurance and assessment dataSupport data analysis for performance indicators and outcomes.Prepare data summaries and visual presentations for reports.Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data handled.Policy & ComplianceParticipate in workshops, training sessions, and meetings related to quality and assessment.Support policy updates and documentation as required.Maintain organized and up-to-date files for internal and external reviewsAssist in preparing materials for accreditation bodies.QS Ranking And Institutional PerformanceLead the planning and implementation of QS ranking strategiesCollect, analyze, and report institutional data relevant to ranking indicatorsCoordinate with colleges and departments to enhance research visibility and academic reputationLiaise with QS representatives and maintain accurate institutional profiles.Monitor global ranking trends and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvementSupport the alignment of institutional goals with international ranking benchmarksTraining & EngagementParticipate in workshops, training sessions, and meetings related to quality and assessment.Support communication of quality-related information to faculty and staff.Provide assistance during training sessions or quality improvement activities.Promote awareness of continuous improvement practices.Other DutiesUndertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.Soft SkillsCommunication: Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skillsCollaboration: Works cooperatively with colleagues across departments.Problem-Solving: Supports in finding solutions for assessment and quality challengesAdaptability: Adjusts to evolving procedures and institutional needs.Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and completeness in documentationTechnical SkillsDocumentation Management : Maintains organized quality and assessment records.Data Analysis: Collects and analyses assessment and quality data.Report Preparation: Assists in preparing quality assurance reports.Policy Implementation: Applies established quality assurance procedures.Audit Support: Supports readiness for internal and external quality reviewsBehavioural CompetenciesIntegrity & Ethics: Maintains ethical standards and protects sensitive quality informationAccountability: Takes responsibility for assigned quality and assessment tasks.Communication & Influence: Shares information clearly and collaborates effectivelyCollaboration: Works effectively with staff to implement quality assurance measuresAdaptability & Resilience: Work on meeting deadlines and challenges during assessments and auditsTechnical CompetenciesQuality Monitoring & Documentation: Tracks and documents compliance with quality standards.Assessment Data Management: Supports the collection and organization of learning outcome dataAccreditation Support: Assists in compiling and verifying evidence for accreditation.Policy & Compliance Tracking: Monitors adherence to institutional policies.Continuous Improvement: Identifies opportunities for improving processes and documentation.
