Quality Assurance SpecialistApplication Deadline: Dec. 19, 2025Location: Warsaw, SolnaThe Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist ensures the quality, stability, and reliability of Arelions Salesforce applications and integrations. This role focuses on creating and executing detailed test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with developers and business stakeholders to deliver robust, high-performing solutions aligned with business requirements.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.Carrying out systematic reviews and functional quality assessments.Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.Making recommendations for improvement.Creating training materials and operating manuals.Skills & RequirementsStrong knowledge of Salesforce platform.Experience with QA methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.Familiarity with test automation tools.Proficient in using Jira for defect tracking and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.Understanding of APIs and integrations (within Salesforce is a plus).Critical thinking and strong troubleshooting capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Experience with CI/CD tools is a plus.knowledge of SOQL/SOSL for data validation is a plus.Experience with Certinias Billing Central is a plus.Telco industry experience is a plus.About the companyFrom humble beginnings in the early 1990s, we have become connectivity partner of choice to the world’s largest content providers, operators and enterprises.
