Within our Sourcing, Quality, Regulatory department, you will play a key role in ensuring these products meet the highest quality and safety standards.As Quality Assurance Specialist for the Beauty category, you take ownership of safeguarding and improving the quality of our products. Working closely with suppliers externally, and Innovation, Sourcing, and Supply teams internally, you ensure that every customer experience lives up to Rituals’ promise of meaningful, high-quality products.You WillManaging and resolving any quality related issues with suppliers, leading non-conformity and CAPA processes from root cause analysis through to preventive actions.Review product packaging artworks.Reviewing customer feedback, complaints and returns data, and translating this into clear quality KPI reporting and supplier evaluations.Acting as a central contact for quality topics, guiding suppliers, internal teams, and global sales organisations on standards and procedures.Leading continuous improvement initiatives around product quality, safety, and compliance (including ISO standards, GMP, and cosmetic regulations).Ensuring that packaging and formulation interactions are safe, compliant, and consistent across markets.Bring all of youThis Is YouHigh on energy, low on ego and always with a sense of humour. With strong communication skills, you bring stakeholders on board and translate technical issues into clear solutions. On top of this, you bring:6–8 years of relevant Quality Assurance/Technology experience, ideally within cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG (packaging and/or formulation).Proven experience with CAPA management (essential).Solid knowledge of GMP, cosmetic regulations and quality risk management tools.Strong skills in root cause analysis, supplier audits, and risk assessment methods (e.g. FMEA, HACCP).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage.Grow with us!
