The firm provides consulting services to both small and large multinational companies for their offshore needs.Are you a Compliance QA expert ready to shape the integrity of the offshore iGaming sector?Fast Offshore is seeking an experienced and meticulous Compliance Quality Assurance (CQA) Leader. This critical role ensures that our internal processes, client documentation, and jurisdictional filings meet the highest global standards for AML/CFT and regulatory compliance.If you have a proven track record in applying rigorous QA frameworks within the specialized field of offshore services and/or online gaming, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, revise, design and manage the end-to-end Compliance QA framework for client onboarding (KYC/CDD/EDD) and ongoing monitoring.Conduct independent audits of client files and regulatory submissions to guarantee absolute adherence to jurisdictional licensing rules (Anjouan, Nevis, etc.) and internal policies.Identify and proactively mitigate compliance risks and control gaps, developing immediate corrective actions.Act as a subject matter expert and internal consultant, translating new regulatory changes into clear, actionable procedures for operational teams.What You Bring5+ years of progressive experience in Compliance, Audit, or Quality Assurance, specifically within the online gambling/iGaming or offshore financial services sectors.Deep expertise in AML, CFT, and advanced KYC/CDD principles.Strong preference for candidates with direct exposure to or understanding of the Anjouan and/or Nevis regulatory environments.Relevant professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CGEIT) is highly valued.Impeccable attention to detail and proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.Why Join Us?You will be stepping into a pivotal leadership role at the intersection of international corporate services and the fast-moving iGaming industry.
