Job Title: Quality Assurance SupervisorAccount: Microsoft Account.Salary: 50,000Work location/Set up: Clark, Pampanga/OnsiteShift Schedule: Shifting scheduleThe target start date is later than November 14.Qualifications :Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.Microsoft product knowledge is requiredShould have experience supporting a BPO environment(Required)Minimum of 6 months in QA or related experience(required)Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years in college experience(required)Telco and general tech backgrounds are not accepted
