The company is committed to delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable solutions to benefit customers, communities, and the planet.Role Description·       To ensure all Quality Assurance (QC) functions are being performed and documented in an accurate and efficient manner.·       To ensure new product/process and changes are transferred to production,.·       Support the implementation of quality improvement programs.·       Maintain and promote quality culture through training and development of QC and Production employees.·       Directing the daily activities of Quality Control Inspection.·       Responsible for shift/work scheduling, delegation of duties & disciplinary actions of QC Inspectors.·       To maintain Quality Records as required in QMS.·       Implement quality procedures to ensure proper documentation and compliance with ISO Standards.Job RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably paper packaging, printing, or FMCG packaging).Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and ISO standards.Hands-on experience with quality tools (e.g., 7 QC tools, FMEA, control plans).Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP/MES systems is an added advantage.What you will get if you join us?Transport AllowanceAttendance allowanceFree lunchGroup Hospitalization Insurance and Personal Accident InsurancePanel Clinic
