Quality Assurance Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within cosmetics, or FMCG manufacturing.- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and HACCP standards.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.- Good communication and reporting skills.- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia- Willing to be based in Marunda, North JakartaRESPONSIBILITIES- Supervise and manage daily Quality Assurance operations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.- Monitor and control product quality throughout the production process.- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and root cause analysis for quality issues- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation- Coordinate with production, R&D, and warehouse teams to maintain consistent product quality.- Lead and train QA staff to ensure adherence to quality standards- Prepare and present quality reports and improvement initiatives to management.
