Job Title: QA & Test Manager Experience: 8+ yearsLocation: Oberoiu Gardens, Chandivili, Mumbai Working Mode: from OfficeDomain: BankingNotice Period: upto 30 DaysKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement the overall testing strategy and approach for the bank's applications and systems.Define test plans, scope, objectives, resources, and schedules for testing activities.Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of testing tools and frameworks.Promote and lead efforts for test automation to increase testing efficiency and coverage.Lead the creation of detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data sets based on requirements and technical specifications.Execute test cases and ensure comprehensive test coverage for all applications.Establish processes for tracking, managing, and prioritizing defects and issues identified during testing.Work closely with development teams to facilitate defect resolution.Plan, coordinate, and oversee performance and load testing efforts to ensure applications meet scalability and performance requirements.Collaborate with the Security and Compliance Manager to ensure that security testing is integrated into the testing process.Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.Develop and maintain regression testing suites to ensure that new features or changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.Generate and communicate comprehensive test reports, including metrics, progress, and status updates.Maintain accurate documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.Foster a collaborative and high-performance testing team cultureQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 8-1 0 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or lead role.In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.Experience with various types of testing, including functional, non-functional, and security testing.Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).Experience in implementing and managing test automation initiatives.Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.) and experience in defect lifecycle management.Experience in conducting performance and load testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.Knowledge of security testing methodologies and tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, etc.).Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team of testers.Experience in coaching and developing team members.Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
