Job Description

ResponsibilitiesConduct audits & ensure SOP adherenceDeep-dive into data using Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas, slicing & trend analysis)Design & deliver impactful training sessions (TNA, TNI, SOPs, engaging content)Analyze data, identify gaps & drive action plansCollaborate with stakeholders to optimize processesMaintain QA & training documentationLead and support project-driven initiatives to improve quality and training effectivenessDemonstrate strong ownership in end-to-end execution of audits, training, and process improvements What We’re Looking For1-3 years of QA experience (preferably in call center / e-commerce)Strong MS Excel expertiseSkilled in training delivery & module creationAnalytical, detail-oriented & independent workerGraduate with excellent communication skillsKnowledge of CSAT, NPS, FCR is a plusOpen to travel for training/auditsCertification post-trainingProject-driven mindset with ability to take complete ownership of tasks and deliverables
