Apply statistical and predictive analysis to identify business insights and trends.Oversee and assist Partnership Distribution stakeholders in closing audit findings. Conduct review and monitoring on training curriculum and assessment process. Assist account management team in performing partner due diligence process. Responsible for monitoring the existing implementation of regulations as well as for upcoming ones. Lead and coordinate relevant project under QBU function to improve good corporate governance within Partnership Distribution business Job Specification Min 2-5 years’ experience working in insurance company, has experience in risk management, Quality Assurance (QA), Business Analysis.S1/S2 degrees from any major, preferably graduated from Economy, Statistics, Auditing and business management. Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).Good proficiency in English communication (both oral or writing), and presentation skill. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with insurance/bancassurance processes and compliance requirements.
