Quality Control Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Manage sampling and analytical tasks:• Coordinate with other departments in the organization to receive samples of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk and final products to pass the analysis results timely.• Monitor & input analysis of Long Thanh Quality Control & outside center in system.• Support to approve analysis results of bulk, final products when required from superiors, work overtime to import and send the results to the relevant departments (overtime when necessary).• Inform to other departments when there is trouble/ abnormal analysis results and share abnormal trend of analysis results.• Monitor analysis results by outside centers, exchange information with outside centers when necessary. Send sample to outside centers & monitor to get results within deadlines & accuracy.• Monitor analysis results of shelf-life sample, nutrition sample, promulgation analysis results to ensure compliance with quality standards, input in system for promulgation.• Receive package standard sample, GEMBA when having new design of package, support for approving of extending package sample standard.• Monitor periodical analysis result for bulk, product, materials of Long Thanh Factory, OEM & imported product.• Compile SOP, revise SOP.• Study technical points, make proposal, report for DX/GC project.2. Admin tasks:• Responsible for workforce control, scheduling, time attendance, and streamlining leave/overtime approvals using HRMS (Human Resource Management System).• Support members of HR requirements such as Salary, Insurance, Transportation and Allowances,..• Manage chemical & spare part, check inventory & make (Purchase Order).• Conduct all payment of Long Thanh Quality Control, manage OVH following forecast & target.3.
